  Abercrombie has the best products and the customer service can't be beat! They recently installed a wonderful gas log freestanding stove in my home - and were there for all my questions, no matter how small. I highly recommend this business!

  Really happy with the Neo 2.5 wood stove that Chad and John installed, but I'm writing to say how impressed I was by their service. We have a concrete-filled cinder block wall that needed an opening for the chimney pipe. Not only did they punch a precise opening in the wall, but Chad took the time to track down a really strong piece of square steel tubing (see attached photo) to insert in the hole they created and carry the weight of the block they removed. I think another company might have used some flimsy sheet metal liner. I got the sense that Chad loves his job and cares about doing quality work. Chad and John were professional and fun to talk to. Glad I chose Abercrombie.
